Internally, we prioritize the improvement and development of our entry-level employees within our Sales team. We pride ourselves on offering an unmatched level of training in sales, customer service, client relations, market research, and business development. We accredit the exponential growth we have seen with our clients down to our direct approach with consumers. Our success translates internally with all of our entry-level Account Sales Representatives; because of them, we can provide additional opportunities for internal advancement.

Responsibilities of an entry-level Account Sales Representative:

  • Conduct presentations of our client’s product and services directly to consumers to effectively and adequately articulate their benefits driving our customer acquisition efforts
  • Report daily and weekly sales metrics with the rest of the Sales team for easy forecasting, projections, and reporting for our clients with the upper-level management staff
  • Develop and maintain key consumer relationships on behalf of our clientele by understanding the consumer, territory, products, services, and sales pipeline
  • Maintain the company reputation of integrity, high standards, and professionalism by communicating and engaging with customers with an empathetic and courteous demeanor
  • Implement and execute a multitude of closing tactics and negotiation strategies acquired during our entry-level development process to drive customer acquisition and boost profit margins
  • Attend ongoing sales workshops and leadership training past the entry-level to stay up-to-date and current on any changing promotions, product offerings, and partnerships to be at the forefront of the ever-changing client industries

Requirements of an entry-level Account Sales Representative:

  • 2 years of an entry-level position within sales, client relations, marketing, or related field
  • An open mind and eagerness to learn new skills and build upon your existing skillsets
  • Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, in addition to being clear and concise for client and customer presentations
  • Must be an innovative person with creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Possess an energetic, competitive, and resilient spirit to bring to the team
  • People-oriented individual with the ability to read and relate to a multitude of different personalities
