The Customer Service Representative's primary role is to address client queries, resolve client concerns, and efficiently understand their needs through excellent customer service. An ideal candidate for the position is expected to focus on providing a sales and service experience that best represents the company's objectives and standards. Additionally, they need to set an appointment and establish contact with clients who show interest in our offerings.
